We would like to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone who has supported our Waterloo auction facility over the years. Your trust and loyalty have been instrumental in our growth, and we are truly grateful for the relationships we have built within the community.
After careful consideration, we have made the strategic decision to discontinue our regular Waterloo, New York auction schedule so that we can dedicate our full attention to expanding our off-site farm, construction, and business dispersal auction services. This shift will allow us to better serve our clients and continue providing the high level of service and results they have come to expect.
While our regular auction schedule is coming to an end, we will continue to host one annual auction at our Waterloo location. We also plan to hold our remaining scheduled auctions for this year on October 3 and December 5. Following our December auction, we will conduct an Asset Reduction Auction as we transition into this next chapter.
Although our auction operations at the Waterloo yard will conclude, our office will remain open and fully operational. We are also pleased to share that the property and facilities will become home to a new and used equipment dealership, ensuring the site continues to serve the agricultural and construction communities.
This decision was not made lightly, but we are excited about the opportunities ahead. We remain fully committed to serving our customers through our off-site auctions and look forward to helping buyers and sellers achieve exceptional results for many years to come.
